First, make sure to disconnect the car battery to stay safe. Then, carefully take out the starter motor from the car. Use a special electrical cleaner spray to coat the motor, gently wipe off dirt with a clean cloth, and let it dry completely. Finally, put the starter motor back in place and reconnect the battery.
