Product Description
The basic structural components of the DC Brush Motor include stator, rotor, brushes and commutator. The stator of the brush motor is equipped with fixed main magnetic poles and brushes, and the rotor is equipped with an armature winding and a commutator. The motor is very easy to use and control. Besides, the motor has a wide and smooth speed regulation range with a strong overload capacity, and is less affected by electromagnetic interference.

The DC Brush Motor is the basis of all motors. It has the characteristics of fast starting, timely braking, smooth speed regulation in a large range, and relatively simple control circuit. In addition, DC Brush Motor has good starting and speed regulation performance, and is often used in occasions with high requirements for starting and speed regulation, such as large reversible rolling mills, planers, electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, electric bicycles, papermaking and printing machinery, etc.
