1. Scope of Application of the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Handbook is designed to explain how the platform collects, uses, stores, and shares users' personal information and business information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "information"), and applies to all scenarios in which users use the platform services, including registration, login, transactions, community interactions, etc.
2. Collection and Use of Information
1. Registration Information: Information provided by users during registration, such as name, contact information, enterprise name, business license, qualification certification, etc., used for identity verification, account management, contract signing, and performance.
2. Transaction Information: Includes order records, payment information, logistics information, product procurement/sales data, etc., used for completing transactions, handling after-sales services, and providing financial support services (such as credit docking).
3. Browsing and Interaction Information : Data such as users' browsing history, search keywords, community posts, comments, likes, etc. on the platform, used to optimize product recommendations, enhance service experience, and conduct targeted marketing. (Users can turn off marketing push at any time).
4. Technical Information: Includes device model, IP address, browser type, operation log, etc., used to ensure the technical security of the platform, troubleshoot faults, and optimize system performance.
5. The platform collects information only within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of the service. If it needs to collect information beyond this scope, it will separately obtain the user's affirmative consent.
3. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Information
1. The platform will not share user information with third parties without permission, except in the following circumstances:
○ After obtaining the user's affirmative consent, share necessary information (only for providing supporting services) with third-party service providers such as cooperating logistics, payment, and certification agencies;
○ Disclose relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations, or at the request of judicial or administrative authorities;

2. The Platform will not transfer user information to any third party, except in cases such as corporate mergers or acquisitions, and the transferee must continue to fulfill the obligations stipulated in this Privacy Policy.
4. Storage and Protection of Information
1. Information is stored on servers that meet security standards, and the platform employs measures such as encryption technology, access control, and security auditing to prevent information leakage, tampering, or loss.
2. The information storage period is the reasonable period necessary to achieve the purpose of the service or the minimum storage period stipulated by laws and regulations, and after the expiration of the period, it will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the law.
3. For cross-border business, user information may be transferred to the target country or region, and the platform will ensure that cross-border data transfer complies with the privacy regulations of the relevant countries.
5. User Privacy Rights
1. Users have the right to query, correct, and supplement their own information, which can be done through platform account settings or by contacting customer service.
2. Users have the right to apply for the deletion of unnecessary information or to cancel their accounts (after account cancellation, the platform will cease using and process relevant information in accordance with the law).
3. Users have the right to withdraw their consent to information collection and use (however, withdrawing consent may result in the inability to use some services properly).
4. If users discover security issues such as information leakage, they can promptly contact the platform, which will take remedial measures and inform them of the handling results.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
1. The platform may revise this Privacy Policy based on updates to privacy regulations or business adjustments, and will notify users via platform announcements after the revision.
2. By continuing to use the platform services, users are deemed to have agreed to the revised Privacy Policy; if they do not agree, they may stop using the services.
