Hysteresis dynamometers are suitable for testing medium and small power motors. The change in torque is not affected by the speed, enabling comprehensive testing from no load to stall.
Based on different cooling methods, hysteresis dynamometers come in four types: the HZC type, which has two cooling methods - fan cooling and natural cooling; the HZC-Q type, which uses compressed air cooling; the HZC-G type, which uses blower cooling; and the HZC-Y type, which uses water cooling.
Optionally, a dedicated loading controller can be used to adjust the magnitude of the applied torque, and the TS-2000 torque, speed, and power data acquisition device can be used to measure the motor's torque, speed, and power. The measurement accuracy of the hysteresis dynamometer can reach ±0.2% of full scale.
This dynamometer offers a high cost-performance ratio, is compact in size, and is simple and convenient to operate. Additionally, custom tooling fixtures can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
