This heavy‑duty aftermarket short‑shaft lower unit is a practical drop‑in replacement for Yamaha, Parsun, Hidea and other compatible 9.9HP /15HP two‑stroke marine outboard motors. It is engineered to match OEM part number 63V‑45300‑03‑4D.
Cast from high‑strength marine‑grade aluminum alloy, this complete gearcase offers solid structural toughness and reliable impact tolerance. It also stands up well against salt‑water corrosion, even with ongoing water spray and partial submersion in real‑world boating conditions.
This complete assembly forms the lower drive section of your outboard motor. It encloses forward‑reverse gear sets, propeller shaft, water pump hardware and other key transmission parts. It keeps all moving components correctly positioned, and maintains a tight seal to hold gear‑oil inside the gearcase while you run on the water.
